Build muscle and feel better with our Strength and Conditioning classes. Choose from loads of great, motivational group exercise classes like Legs Bums and Tums and Circuit Training that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
Legs Bums and Tums
Packed full of moves that will work and strengthen your body, Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) classes are a popular option for staying active and toning your lower body.
From squats and lunges for your legs to and ab exercises for your core, work out your whole body to upbeat music and meet a bunch of new people along the way.
Circuits
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric and motivating environment.
Boxfit
A class that really packs a punch! Our Boxfit class uses a mixture of boxing techniques to get your heart pumping, leaving you feeling fitter, stronger and fighting fit.
Circuits
Our Circuit classes offer an intense workout with better results! Focusing on high-energy interval training this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your strength, stamina and endurance.
Step
For both beginners and advanced steppers this great cardio workout is choreographed. As you progress, so will the movements, always giving you something new and fun to experience in the class. You’ll have a fantastic athletic workout that helps to burn fat and tone up to some great music! Great if your goal is weight loss, toning or general fitness.

Pilates
Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and wellbeing.
Mindfulness
Mind over matter and keeping yourself in the present are the key focus points during these classes. Our instructors will take you through breathing exercises and stress-relieving techniques to help keep your mental health in check.

Dance
Dance fitness classes allow you to get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face:
Aerobics
Get fit and feel better the fun way! Our Aerobics class will have you performing a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors.
Zumba
Our Zumba is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and traditionally performed to Latin American dance music. This class is a guaranteed fun way to make you sweat and feel better.
Dance Aerobics
Are you in the mood to boogie? Our Dance Aerobics class on Friday mornings will keep you motivated with fresh choreography and exercise moves every week.
