At Better in Tower Hamlets, everyone's welcome to join our wide range of fitness and sports activities. As well as supporting Sport England's brilliant This Girl Can campaigns, we also run sessions to help women to be more active.
You'll find sessions specifically aimed at women and girls under the 'For The Girls' programme across our facilities in Tower Hamlets. Get active and have fun in a comfortable environment. So bring it to Better to become happier, healthier and more active.

Our innovative women only gym provision features seventeen hours a week of dedicated gym space exclusively for our female customers.

Choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment, free weights, dedicated stretching areas, core stability balls and more. Our Women Only gym is available all day, every day. No need to book, simply scan and enter!

Our women only swimming sessions embody a great mix of having fun, socialising and technique. These sessions give you some time to destress during a busy week among like-minded women and girls. Lanes are available across the pool during these sessions for a range of speeds and abilities.
