Whatever your fitness goals, our spacious gym has all the facilities needed to help you achieve them. Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights, dedicated stretching areas, a dedicated functional area including TRXs, Battle ropes, 8 meter track and core stability balls, as well as fitness aids such as Swiss balls.
This studio is programmed with a range of Fitness Classes to vary your workout - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment.

John Orwell Sports Centre boasts a recently refurbished Outdoor Astro Turf pitch, an amazing view of the shard. Our Astro caters for a range of different sports and activity’s. Whether you want to take part in a fully competitive game, work on your skills, conduct a training session, or just want to have some fun, we have a range of different options. The Sports Hall is a multi-sport area catering for a range of different sports. Whether you want to take part in a fully competitive game, work on your skills, conduct a training session, or just want to have some fun, we have a range of different options including: Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Netball, Football, Martial Arts, Events and Functions, Exam hire and much more.
Equipment is available to hire at reception for a small charge.
